Pricing and Returns Policy

Product Warranty / Guarantee

All items are delivered with standard warranty of 1 Year against manufacturing defects.

In case of warranty claims, the product will have to be couriered back to us at your expense. If warranty claim is approved by us, courier charges will be reimbursed.

In case of manufacturing defects, we will repair the product first If not repairable, we will send you a replacement. In case ,we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund within 3 working days.

Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, modification, or has been altered in any way as per our discretion.

We reserve the right to take the final decision on all refund request.

Order Cancellation

All Orders can be cancelled if unshipped for a 100% Refund.

Orders cancelled after shipped will be refunded 90% of the order value.

Orders cannot be cancelled once delivered. In case of a complaint (damaged product, incorrect product etc.) post delivery, please contact us on +919250084671 within 7 days.

Refunds​

All Refunds generated due to cancellation, warranty claims or otherwise will be done to the same bank account or credit card as in the initial payment during time of placing of order.

For COD orders, Refund will be provided in a bank account of the same person who has ordered the goods.
